Being active is an unavoidable part of the solution. It’s not just great for dropping weight, but de-aging, de-stressing, and warding off things like poor posture, osteoporosis, and heart disease. I mix it up so I don’t get bored: YRG, hiking, rowing, Kundalini yoga, long distance walking, and belly dancing. Make friends with movement. It’s a loyal relationship that will pay you back tenfold.
