Preheat oven to 335. Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large food processor. Pulse for a few minutes, scraping sides occasionally, until blended. Scrape into a medium-sized mixing bowl with spatula and add chocolate chips. Fold chips into batter until evenly distributed. Spray a round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter in cake pan and pat with spatula to even out. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn oven off and let pie sit in cooling oven for another 5-10 minutes. Serve while warm if desired.
