Ingredients
  • 1bag Hershey’s sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 14-ounce box baking chocolateunsweetened
  • 1/3cup coconut oil
  • 3/4cup hemp heartsplus 2-3 tablespoons for garnish
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded coconutunsweetened
  • 1/2cup coarsely shredded coconutunsweetened
  • 1tablespoon vanilla
  • 1teaspoon coconut extract
Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized Teflon saucepan, melt chips, baker’s chocolate, and coconut oil over low heat, stirring occasionally with wooden spoon.
  2. When melted, add the dry ingredients, gradually, until well-blended. Add extracts and continue blending.
  3. Shut heat off as soon as the mixture is blended. Chocolate can be molded in muffin cups or flat in a baking pan. Spray either muffin tins or baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
  4. Fill cups or spread chocolate flat. Sprinkle with extra hemp hearts. Freeze for at least an hour before eating.
